DPC’s Performance Development Program is a planned system for continually improving the performance of individuals and the organisation as a whole. Employees participate in bi-annual discussions as a minimum in line with the Premier’s Direction. | - DPC continuously monitors and supports employees to engage in regular and meaningful performance development discussions to discuss progress, achievements and development goals.
- Compliance with performance development requirements is measured through DPC Connect, the department’s Human Capital Management system.
- As at 31 December 2021, 76% of employees had a discussion in the preceding 6 months.
- As at 30 June 2022, 74% of employees had a discussion in the preceding 6 months.
