PC034 Procedures in relation to the referral of subordinate legislation to the Legislative Review Committee

Under the Subordinate Legislation Act 1978, all subordinate legislation to be tabled in Parliament is referred to the Legislative Review Committee for consideration. The Committee relies on written reports from agencies as the starting point for its examination of the legislation. Circular 34 contains guidelines for the content of agency reports to the Legislative Review Committee.
