State government agencies and non-government organisations seeking to share data under the Public Sector (Data Sharing Act) 2016 must complete a data sharing agreement form that outlines how both parties will fulfil the trusted access principles.
Agreements can be between two or more agencies or entities.
Once completed, agencies must lodge a copy of the data sharing agreement with the Office for Data Analytics to meet annual reporting requirements under the Act.
