Nominations for this year’s Governor’s Multicultural Awards are now open.

The Government of South Australia is committed to supporting our diverse community. In support of this commitment, an additional $16 million over four years has been allocated to programs that support the work of the multicultural sector.

The 2021 Governor’s Multicultural Awards were announced at a small ceremony at Government House on Thursday 10 March 2022.

Applications for Round 2 of the Celebrate Together small grants and Expand Together grants for 2021-22 are now open.

Expressions of Interest are now open for positions on the South Australian Multicultural and Ethnic Affairs Commission.

The grants support eligible multicultural community groups to participate in the 2021 Multicultural Festival, which is scheduled to be held on Sunday 14 November in  Victoria Square/ Tarntanyangga Adelaide.

Winners of the 2020 Governor’s Multicultural Awards were announced at an award ceremony at Government House on Tuesday 16 March 2021.
