Public consultation

The Coordinator General’s Office is proposing to establish a State Development Area (SDA) at Osborne and is inviting stakeholder feedback on the proposed Osborne SDA Boundary.

Declaring an SDA will create a single point of coordination within the Coordinator General’s Office, ensuring future growth is well managed, infrastructure is aligned, and development is strategically planned.

Further information on the Osborne SDA Boundary Consultation, including how to make a submission, is available at yoursay.sa.gov.au/osborneSDA.

Submissions close at 9am on Friday 7 August 2026.

If you require information in an alternative format or need assistance to participate, please contact us via email at osborneSDA@sa.gov.au or phone +61 8 8429 4445.
