The common brand must be applied to all marketing activities, unless a government entity has an exemption.

State Brand
Government entities should use the State Brand in community, consumer, trade and business communications, when promoting South Australia (e.g. education, investment, migration, trade, export and tourism markets). Government of South Australia branding requirements still apply when using the State Brand.
