Individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference to our state’s cultural diversity are now invited to register their interest to join the South Australian Multicultural Commission.

If you have extensive knowledge and a deep understanding of our multicultural communities, are active in your community or within the multicultural sector then this is a fantastic opportunity to get involved.

As a member of the Commission, you will be an important voice for multicultural communities on issues they face, their needs and aspirations, and you will help ensure those diverse voices are heard within and across Government. You will also provide high level and strategic independent advice to government that will contribute to strengthening our state’s multicultural policies, programmes, and celebrations.

Expressions of interest are now open to fill vacancies of up to 15 places on the Commission from 1 July 2024, including the Chair and Member positions, for a term of up to three years.
