Supported the establishment of the Government Advertising and Insights Hub (the Hub) in the Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC), centralising the delivery of government brand advertising for 31 prescribed agencies.
Undertook strategic accommodation planning to better utilise DPC’s office accommodation footprint, including relocating the Government Advertising and Insights Hub from 45 Pirie Street to the State Administration Centre.
Upgraded electronic workflow solutions in DPC’s EDRMS which included a dynamic approval sequence with improved functionality such as status visibility and due date reminders.
Equipped the department with the cyber security knowledge, tools and the support needed to stay resilient against threats through combining education, communication, and hands-on guidance.
Contributed to a whole-of-government Grants Community of Practice to share expertise and resources to enhance collaboration and networking that supports best practice grant management.
Implemented the transition of DPC, attached offices and arts statutory authorities to a new travel management system, in accordance with the across government travel management contract.
Represented DPC, attached offices and arts statutory authorities on the across government Finance Reform Program including on the steering committee and associated working groups and design authorities.
Delivered the People Matter Employee Survey (PMES) Action Plan to address the priority areas identified from the agency’s survey results.
Rolled out Teamgage, a dynamic employee engagement platform, to seek real-time employee feedback and measure key focus areas identified through the PMES results.
Commenced a 12-month pilot of LinkedIn Learning to support employee professional development and career growth, identified as a key focus area from the PMES results.
Delivered an updated wellbeing program built around four foundational pillars of wellbeing: physical, financial, psychological wellbeing, and social connection.
Refreshed and updated the department’s First Nations employment pools to maintain accuracy and currency, while enhancing promotion of opportunities across the organisation.
Commenced the process to apply for White Ribbon Workplace re-accreditation and to demonstrate our continued commitment towards the prevention of gendered violence.
