The State Government is excited to be working with the Port Adelaide and Adelaide Football clubs to share the historic moment of the first AFLW Showdown with as many South Australians as possible.
A 2-for-1 ticket deal is available for the AFLW Showdown I at 7.30pm, Friday 30 September 2022 at Adelaide Oval from Ticketek using the code ‘W7MATES’.
Adult tickets are $10, with children under 18 free.
This game not only continues and extends the long-held rivalry between the two SA clubs, but is an opportunity to celebrate all women in sport. It’s about something far bigger than just football. This event will begin a new chapter for the next generation of young South Australian women, who, until now, could only dream of playing professional football for their state.
Gates will open at 6.00pm with Nova’s Celebrity Showdown, followed by the Port Adelaide Football Club home game, Showdown I, kicking off at 7.30pm.
