Now in its 78th year, Carols returns after two pandemic affected years, to its special place in the community as a beloved free family tradition in Adelaide since 1944.

Grab your festive picnic rug, family and friends, and head down to beautiful Elder Park from 2pm to rekindle the magic of Christmas during a day packed full of singing, giveaways, music and delicious food and drinks. Then, sing your heart out to your favourite Christmas carols and songs with the main event commencing at 8.15pm.

Hosted by Rosanna Mangiarelli and the 7 News Adelaide team, solo performers for this year’s evening carol sing-along include Samantha Jade, Irish tenor Tommy Fleming, The Voice 2022 grand finalist Thando and Conrad Sewell.

The State Government has committed $250,000 in annual funding for the next four years to continue bringing this special Christmas celebration to all South Australians.
