The Governor’s Multicultural Awards celebrate outstanding South Australians who promote multiculturalism and increase the understanding of the benefits of cultural diversity in our community.

South Australians are encouraged to nominate an individual, team or organisation that is passionate about making a positive contribution to multiculturalism in our state.

Nominations are now open in nine award categories:

• Outstanding individual achievement
• Arts and culture
• Community sector
• Media
• Private sector
• Public sector
• Senior volunteer
• Volunteer
• Youth.

Nominating for the 2024 Governor’s Multicultural Awards provides an opportunity for nominees’ stories to be celebrated and acknowledged at the highest level.

Nominations close 11pm on Sunday 29 September 2024, with winners announced in early 2025.
