Location: Level 1, Pit Pavilion, Pit Straight
Opening time: 9:30am
Closing time: 15 minutes after conclusion of the final race of the day
Recommended entry point: Gate 1 or 10

Key ticketing information

This year, tickets for the bp ADL Grand Final are now digital. All guests will receive their tickets via email with a unique digital link for the race day to which they indicated a yes RSVP. Tickets can be displayed on a mobile device for scanning or printed in advance for hard copy entry. Please have your ticket ready upon arrival, as this also provides access to your designated hospitality suite. Tickets are non-transferrable on the day of use and each ticket may only be used by a single guest.

Getting to the event and car parking

Free public transport is being offered to bp Adelaide Grand Final pass holders. Simply show your valid bp Adelaide Grand Final ticket on the day of travel to catch a free ride. For further details, visit www.adelaidemetro.com.au.

Paid parking is available at the event. Access to the carpark is through Gate 10, off Fullarton Road.

Arrival at the event

Digital tickets must be presented to gain entry to the event precinct and your hospitality suite. Once checked in at the Gate, follow the signs to the Hospitality Concierge at the entry of the Supercars Paddock. Once through the Hospitality Concierge, proceed to the Pit Pavilion and up the first set of stairs to Level 1.

Lift access is also available to Level 1. If guests require assistance moving between the gate and the Pit Pavilion, please email dpcprotocolevents@sa.gov.au by COB Wednesday 26 November 2025.

Upon arrival to the South Australia Suite

On arrival, guests will be checked in and issued the daily wristband. Wristbands are non-transferable and must be worn for the duration of the day. Both your digital ticket and wristband must be shown to security and the suite host to re-enter the suite. Passes are non-transferable and photo ID may be requested by security at any time.

Corporate casual attire is encouraged but please be mindful that this event is an outdoor event. No singlets, tank tops, sports/activewear or thongs are permitted in the corporate area.

Please be advised that there will be no cloak room facilities in the suite and host staff are unable to look after personal items (e.g. jackets, bags, valuables).

Catering will be provided throughout the day to guests.
