The Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC) has a diverse workforce. As at 31 December 2022, this is what our workforce comprised including our cultural institutions:
- 8.2% aged under 30 years old
- 53.8% 30-49 years old
- 38% 50 and over
- 3.8% identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
- 2.7% have disclosed as having disability
- 16.6% born overseas
- 8% speak another language
- 62% of the DPC workforce are comprised of women
- 53% of executive roles.
