The Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC) has a diverse workforce. As at 31 December 2022, this is what our workforce comprised including our cultural institutions:

  • 8.2% aged under 30 years old
  • 53.8% 30-49 years old
  • 38% 50 and over
  • 3.8% identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
  • 2.7% have disclosed as having disability
  • 16.6% born overseas
  • 8% speak another language
  • 62% of the DPC workforce are comprised of women
  • 53% of executive roles.
