Adelaide Festival Corporation Board	The Adelaide Festival Corporation is responsible for the coordination of a number of festivals in Adelaide, such as the Adelaide Festival of Arts, Adelaide Festival of Ideas and WOMADelaide.
Adelaide Film Festival Board	The Board is responsible for the management of the Adelaide Film Festival, a biennial and non-competitive film festival held in Adelaide.
Adelaide Park Lands Authority Board of Management	The Adelaide Park Lands Authority provides strategic advice to both Adelaide City Council and the State Government on the future management of the Park Lands.
Adelaide Venue Management Corporation Board	Manages the operations of the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, Adelaide Convention Centre and Coopers Stadium.
Alinytjara Wilurara Landscape Board	Landscape SA Boards are responsible for undertaking, promoting and integrating the management of natural resources within their region.
Animal Welfare Advisory Committee	Provides advice to the Minister on animal welfare matters.
Aquaculture Tenure Allocation Board	The primary role of ATAB is to consider marine aquaculture lease applications and to make recommendations to the Minister.
Arabana Parks Advisory Committee	Provides advice to the Minister and Director of National Parks and Wildlife on a range of issues concerning the parks in the Arabana Native Title claim area.

Blue Crab Fishery Management Plan Review Committee	The Committee will review the Blue Crab Fishery Management Plan, which expires on 30 June 2024, to determine whether the existing plan will be reinstated or replaced.
Board of the Botanic Gardens and State Herbarium	The Board is responsible for the administration and management of Botanic Gardens in SA and the State Herbarium.

Child Death and Serious Injury Review Committee	The CDSIRC reviews the circumstances and causes of deaths and serious injuries to children and makes recommendations to Government.

Coast Protection Board	The Coast Protection Board is the statutory authority responsible for managing Adelaide's coastline and administering the Coast Protection Act 1972.
Commercial Development Advisory Committee	Provides advice to the Aboriginal Lands Trust and the Minister regarding the commercial activities of the Trust.
Construction Industry Long Service Leave Board (Portable Long Service Leave)	The Construction Industry Long Service Leave Board (known as Construction Benefit Services) provides a portable and equitable long service leave scheme for the industry.
Construction Industry Training Board	The CITB implements training programs across all three sectors of the building and construction industry (housing, commercial and civil).
Contact Arrangements Review Panel	The Contact Arrangements Review Panel reviews government decisions relating to contact arrangements between a child or young person in care and any other person with whom they may or may not have contact.

Libraries Board of South Australia	The Libraries Board of SA manages the State Library and Public Library Services.
Lifetime Support Authority (LSA) of South Australia Board*	The LSA provides treatment, care and support for people who have sustained serious, lifelong disabilities as a result of a motor vehicle accident in South Australia, regardless of fault, through the Lifetime Support Scheme.
Limestone Coast Landscape Board	Landscape SA Boards are responsible for undertaking, promoting and integrating the management of natural resources within their region.
Limestone Coast Local Health Network Governing Board	Local Health Network (LHN) Governing Boards are responsible for the overall governance and oversight of local service delivery by the LHNs, including governance of performance and budget achievement, clinical governance, safety and quality, risk management and fulfilment of the Governing Board functions and responsibilities.
Local Government Finance Authority of South Australia – Board of Trustees	The LGFA develops and implements borrowing and investment programs for the benefit of Councils and prescribed local government bodies.

Mamungari Conservation Park Co-Management Board	The Mamungari Conservation Park Co-Management Board is responsible for the management of the Mamungari Conservation Park.
Marine Scalefish Fishery Management Advisory Committee	The Committee provides advice on the day-to-day management for the commercial marine scalefish, charter boat, recreational, and Aboriginal traditional fisheries (the shared access fisheries), and makes recommendations to the minister on the development of harvest strategies and management arrangements for the MSF.
Mining and Quarrying Occupational Health and Safety Committee	MAQOHSC promotes high occupational health and safety standards to prevent injury and disease in the mining and quarrying industry within SA and administers the Mining and Quarrying Industries Fund.
Motor Accident Commission Board*	The MAC is the State’s Compulsory Third Party insurer and provides compensation to road accident victims. MAC also manages the government’s road safety communications program.
Mount Barker Road Infrastructure Advisory Committee	The Advisory Committee provides advice to the Minister on the timely construction of the District Council (DC) Infrastructure to ensure the orderly and efficient development of the Mount Barker Development Plan Amendment (DPA) area.

Pastoral Board	The Board ensures that all pastoral land in the State is well managed and utilised prudently so that its renewable resources are maintained and its yield sustained.
Pharmacy Regulation Authority SA	The PRASA registers pharmacy premises, establishes a code of conduct for pharmacy service providers and handles complaints against pharmacy service providers.
Phylloxera and Grape Industry Board of South Australia (Vinehealth Australia)	The Board protects South Australian vineyards from phylloxera and provides effective pest and disease management policies and information.
Police Disciplinary Tribunal	The Police Disciplinary Tribunal hears charges of misconduct against members of the Police force.

Police Superannuation Board	The Police Superannuation Board is responsible for the administration of the Police Superannuation Scheme.
Port Adelaide Container Terminal Monitoring Panel	The panel reviews the performance of the Port Adelaide Container Terminal and reviews compliance with performance measures for the Terminal.
Power Line Environment Committee	PLEC assists the Minister responsible for the Electricity Act 1996 in assessing and recommending the undergrounding of overhead power lines.
Premier’s Climate Change Council	The PCCC provides independent advice to the State Government about reducing greenhouse gas emissions and adapting to climate change.
Premier’s Council for Women	The PCW provides leadership and advice to ensure that the interests and needs of women are at the forefront of government policies and strategies.
Prescribed Psychiatric Treatment Panel (PPTP)	The role of the Panel is to ensure greater protection for people who undergo either Electro Convulsive Therapy (ECT) or neurosurgery for mental illness through examination of consent issues and by ensuring these treatments are undertaken within appropriate clinical practice guidelines.
Privacy Committee of South Australia	The Privacy Committee oversees the application of the Information Privacy Principles Instruction by State Government agencies, reports to the Minister and provides advice on privacy issues.

South Australian Forestry Corporation Board*	The SAFC Board is responsible for the corporate governance, direction and performance of Forestry SA, which manages a number of Forests in the State.
South Australian Gender Pay Gap Taskforce	Provides advice to the Minister on issues related to the gender pay gap in South Australian workplaces.
South Australian Government Financing Advisory Board	SAFA is the government’s the central financing authority, captive insurer and manager of the passenger and light commercial fleet operations. The advisory board provides advice to the Treasurer and Under Treasurer on the operations of SAFA.
South Australian Heritage Council	The SA Heritage Council provides strategic advice to the Minister on State heritage and administers the Heritage Register.
South Australian Housing Trust Board of Management*	The SA Housing Trust Board is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Trust, which provides low-cost public housing to the community.
South Australian Local Government Grants Commission	The Commission makes recommendations to the Minister on the distribution of untied Commonwealth financial assistance grants to local governing authorities in SA.
