Check out a new web-based resource that tells the story of South Australia’s migration from the post-war era, onwards.

Throughout South Australia’s proud history, many waves of migrants have continued to make great contributions to enrich our state. Now, there’s a web-based resource that tells the story of migration to South Australia from the post-war era onwards.

South Australia’s Multicultural Story features a series of interactive charts and maps showing the changing patterns of migration in South Australia. Through this tool, you will get a deeper appreciation of the diversity and characteristics of migrants from all around the world who have chosen to make South Australia their home.

This initiative was a collaboration between our Multicultural Affairs division and the Hugo Centre for Migration and Population Research at the University of Adelaide.
