The Premier’s NAIDOC Award recognises the outstanding achievements and service of an extraordinary South Australian who has dedicated themselves to making a genuine and long-lasting difference to the lives of Aboriginal people.

If you know a South Australian resident, over the age of 18, who has made a significant contribution to the lives of Aboriginal people in South Australia, you can now nominate them for this respected award.

Nominations will remain open until 5pm Friday, 4 June 2021.

The award recipient will be announced this July during NAIDOC Week, observed across Australia each year to celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal people.

More information and details of how to nominate are available at dpc.sa.gov.au/premiers-naidoc-award.
