The plan outlines the department’s commitment to inclusion and accessibility over the next four years.

The department will continue to uphold the rights of people living with disability to access the services and programs we deliver, and to foster a work environment which is genuinely inclusive.

The Disability Access and Inclusion Plan actions include recruiting and supporting more staff with disability, further developing services provided by the cultural institutions and supporting other agencies to improve their access and inclusivity.

The Plan upholds the principles of the Disability Inclusion Act 2018 and centres around the priority areas of the State Disability Inclusion Plan.
