To best serve our state, we need a workforce that represents the diversity of the South Australian community. That means building an inclusive workplace where all people feel valued, are empowered to bring their full, authentic selves to work and have equal access to opportunities that help them reach their full potential.

You can contribute to this aspiration by sharing your views on our draft Disability Access and Inclusion Plan.

The department would especially like to hear from people with disability, people who care for or support people with disability, family members, organisations and anyone who feels passionate about access and inclusion for people with disability.

The draft plan sets out the actions we commit to over the next four years to improve the accessibility and inclusiveness of our facilities, services and supports.

View the draft plan and contribute in one of the many formats available by 11 September 2020.
