Our community services range from providing grants and PCs to non-profit community organisations, to our award-winning Service SA customer service centres to help you access government services.

Service SA provides South Australians with a one-stop contact point for government information and services. Service SA is an award winning leader in service delivery and leads in areas such as channel management business reform as well as the use of the Common Measurement Tool in the measurement and improvement of services. Service SA’s annual activity includes 5.6 million over the counter transactions, and 1.3 million calls/faxes/emails.
